Orders will be posted by Australia Post within 1-2 business days after receiving full payment  (often on the same day). All items are in perfect condition when they leave our hands at the post office. Every care is taken to ensure products are delivered in the same condition. Aus2u cannot be held responsible for damage occurred whilst in transit. Goods must be paid for in full prior to shipping.

The item must be returned within 10 business days after the buyer receives it. The item must be returned in perfect condition with no tags removed; and not having been used. If the item is faulty, or arrived damaged, we will either provide a refund or an exchange. For any change of minds, the buyer must pay for the return postage.
